either,both,neither,all,none

1.either指两者中得任意一个，表示肯定，在句中可作主语、宾语、定语。作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。

Either of the answers is right.

这两个答案中有一个是正确得。

2.both指两者都…，表示肯定，在句中可作主语、宾语、定语或同位语。both 必须与可数名词连用，谓语动词用复数形式。

Both of them are good at swimming.

他们两个都擅长游泳。

3.neither指两者都不，表示否定，在句中可作主语、宾语、定语或同位语。作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。

I have two children. But neither of them lives with me.

我有两个孩子，但是他们都没有和我生活在一起。

4.all指三者或三者以上都…，表示肯定，在句中作主语、宾语、同位语。作主语时，谓语动词用复数形式。

All are here at the meeting.

出席会议得人全到了。

5.none 指三者或三者以上都不…，表示否定，在句中作主语、宾语或同位语。作主语时，of后面指代是可数名词复数时，谓语动词用单复数形式都可以。

None of them is/are working now.

现在他们没有一个人在工作。
