Introduction: Our 10,000-mu ecologicalbreeding base is located on Huaguman Island, Sanmen County, China.It belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with acoastline about 4 kilometers long and sea area about 6 squarekilometers. The water quality in the harbor is fertile andpollution-free, and the salinity is moderate. There are rich baits,soft soil, with more than 800 kinds of marine organisms, whichmakes it an ideal growth place for blue crab, palaemon carinicauda,sinonovacula constricta, and tegillarca granosa.
